REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience in WordPress Development
• Strong experience in building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
• Experience in both front end and back end development along with WordPress themes and plugins
• Proficiency in languages: PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, jQuery
• Comfortable working with debugging tools like Chrome inspector, etc.
• Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
• Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
• Expertise in WordPress Custom Theme Development and Plugin Development & Customization.
• Developing and providing maintenance support for WordPress sites.
• Must have Knowledge of existing WordPress functions, hooks, and plugins.
• Knowledge in WordPress security, and optimization.
• Good understanding of PHP back-end development.
• Good problem solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor the company's online presence on every relevant platform
• Help plan and execute online advertisements on all platforms to increase brand awareness and generate leads
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing efforts using a Web analytics tool.
• Update ongoing strategies according to recent trends in the digital space
• Active involvement in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts

• As a BDE one should have a clear understanding of Technical requirements (digital marketing) and the time frame to be worked on while converting clients both Online(e.g. Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, etc.) and offline (through various public directories, direct, telephonic )

• The Business Development Executive should be capable and aware of International Sales and International Marketing.
• Have an experience in digital marketing to support the pre-sales conversations in the area.
• Client Interaction, Negotiations, Closing the deal.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Able to set up strong portfolios.
