Job Responsibilities

  • Generate quality leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, email marketing, social media, and other online platforms.
  • Research and identify potential clients for website development, SEO, digital marketing, mobile app development, and other IT services.
  • Build and maintain a strong database of prospects and business opportunities.
  • Send personalized outreach messages and follow-ups to potential clients.
  • Coordinate with the sales and business development team for conversions.
  • Understand client requirements and schedule meetings with interested prospects.
  • Maintain daily and weekly lead generation reports.
  • Work on international markets including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and UAE.
  • Generate leads through organic as well as paid methods.
  • Maintain CRM data and update lead status regularly.


Required Skills

  • Strong communication and client interaction skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork bidding, email outreach, and lead research tools.
  • Basic understanding of website development and digital marketing services.
  • Knowledge of lead generation strategies and sales funnels.
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets.
  • Strong internet research and data mining skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT company or digital marketing agency.
  • Knowledge of tools like Apollo, Hunter.io, Snov.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Familiarity with cold emailing and client outreach campaigns.
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes.
